Celebrate SPRING! with a tour of the Shawangunk Wine Trail Wineries as they pair their magnificent wines with delicious pasta recipes. A number of the Wineries will have NEW RELEASES to taste as well.

WineStyles offers over 100 wines below $25. All are neatly categorized by taste rather than region - a good way to learn and find a new favorite. For our group, they will be pouring samples of 6 South American Wines (Chile, Argentina) for $10 - 2 whites and 4 reds. Think Malbec, Carmenere, Torrontes, etc. They will also provide a cheese and cracker plate, but members are encouraged to bring an appetizer to share, if they like. (I think there's also a pizza place next door, which can be brought in.) Wines by the glass are also available.

Vintage Market at The Secret Garden is located in one of the most beautiful historical houses ever built in Arizona. The grounds future whimsical stone walkways, manicured courtyards, hidden gardens, bubbling fountains and exotic foliage. Today, the house has been painstakingly restored to its original grandeur and transformed in to the Vintage Market at Secret Gardens Gourmet Eatery and Wine Bar. Vintage Market offers unrivaled ambiance and true gourmet dining. The wine list holds a variety of very unusual wines by the glass.

It's been a while since we've had a casual pizza and wine night, so why not grab a few friends and meet us at Humble Pie's second location near Desert Ridge? They are located at The Shade, NW corner of Tatum and Rose Garden. Monday is 1/2 of selected bottles of wine, and 10" pizzas range from $9.95-13.95. Choose from some unique combinations such as proscuitto w/sunnyside up egg; gorgonzola, pear, and arugula; or pistachios, red onion and parmesan. They also have salads, sandwiches, and sides (the grilled steak salad sounds great!).
