Just in time for the colder weather (??) and the holiday season, we are going back to Phoenix Wine to learn about sherries and ports. The amazing Tom Hamilton will teach us about the different types of sherries and ports. We'll sample approximately 6 types of fortified wines covering the spectrum from dry to sweet. As always, there will be food but it will not be Tom's usual bountiful spread. Instead, the foods will be geared to enhancing the flavors of fortified wines, so expect nuts and chocolates along with other mysteries.
