EPICURIA - Food & Zin kicks off the 22nd Anniversary Annual ZAP Festival, January 31-February 2 in San Francisco, sponsored by Zinfandel Advocates and Producers ("ZAP"), a 501(c)(3) educational nonprofit. "Epicuria" (formerly called "Good Eats"), one of the wine and food world’s most decadently delicious events will take place on Thursday, January 31st from 6-9PM, again at its new location, "The Concourse" in SF. Attendees will get to enjoy elaborately paired combinations of Zinfandel's and memorable foods. Take your palate on a culinary adventure as you discover the diversity of Zinfandel and its wide range of complementary flavor combinations. This informal dine-around expedition features pairings of 50 top Zinfandel wines with creations from master chefs. Mingle with winemakers and epicurean experts as you take a journey for the senses while sampling these regional offerings. Tickets can be purchased at www.zinfandel.org and cost is $125/person for the public and $95 for members of ZAP.
