Learn how to easily identify different wine varietals, how to pair wine and food, and how to distinguish a good value wine and one those that are over-priced. Renowned Sommelier, Paolo Wakham, will teach you how to take the mystery out of our most celebrated and cherished adult beverage.

About Paolo Wakham:
Paolo Wakham is a member of the Int'l Court of Master Sommeliers and the Washington D.C. Sommelier Society. He guides groups to wine regions around the globe and is involved with many wine related events in California. He is the International Wine Spokesperson and a downtown San Diego sales representative for Regal Wine Company. He teaches numerous wine classes in a down to earth, easy to understand manner.
