This summer, my daughter's future in-laws took her with them on a trip to Italy.  As part of their trip, they toured a few of the Tuscan wineries. She returned with an outstanding Super Tuscan and a superlative Vin Santo.  

When all of my children are home this Christmas, I want to prepare a meal around the wines. What are your top recommendations to pair with the Super Tuscan? What about the Vin Santo?
