A group of us dined at Island Prime last night.It's very pricey,but the seafood was excellent and the steaks delicious. Some of the sauces (on the Ahi) were too salty for my taste. I recommend as a side dish the asparagus bundles-delightful! Also the key lime pie is a nice way to finish a fairly heavy meal. Since I started with a "Ricky Ricardo" mojito I decided to pass on wine,so I don't have any wine news to share. Tonight,however we are having a party where we shall be drinking a very good Prosecco-Zardetto. You can get it at Bevmo for about $12.99 or 13.99. We served it at a Christmas party and everyone loved it! As a P.S. for Is. Prime-the waiter mixed up two orders and ended up giving two of the diners free entrees! Au Revoir!
