Thoroughly boared (but not at all bored)

Good Eats was a great preview to the Grand Festival. A great opportunity to chat with the wine folks without the throng and to taste some rather delectable dishes that paired quite well with an array of Zins. Perhaps a tad too many wild boar preparations and wild mushroom confections, but all-in-all a splendid gathering—and certainly the price could not be beat!
