Who We Are
On Reserve is composed by a leading author whose love for the hospitality industry and law stimulated the creation of this blog. At times, On Reserve may publish articles by additional authors, either other law students, attorneys, or journalists.
 
Our Mission
On Reserve’s mission is to provide wineries, vineyards, law students, lawyers, and those with a general interest in wine and/or the wine law field, with the most comprehensive source of information on wine law. Through its publications, 'On Reserve' furnishes up to date information on both the domestic and international wine industries, the history of both international and domestic wine law, and developing legal issues within the wine industry.
 
Our Vision
On Reserve aspires to be the leading blog within the United States dedicated to wine law by documenting foregoing, contemporary, and emerging legal issues characteristic of the wine industry. Its blog, in particular, aims to be a domain ushering the discussion of wine law issues by its author and readers.

About the Author
Lindsey A. Zahn is a rising 3L in law school with a passion for the hospitality industry that furnishes her interest in wine law. She is a recent graduate of the Cornell University School of Hotel Administration, where she was honored as a Hunter R. Rawlings III Cornell Presidential Research Scholar and published in the Cornell Hospitality Reports. Lindsey was also the founder of the first Hospitality Law Society, an executive manager of CHC Hospitality Consultants, and, among others, a teaching assistant for several classes. Presently, Lindsey is the Executive Articles Editor of the Brooklyn Journal of International Law, a research assistant for a professor of the international law department at Brooklyn Law School, and the Vice President of the Brooklyn Law School chapter of the Federalist Society. Additionally, she spent her most recent summer studying international and comparative law at the Università di Bologna in Bologna, Italy. Lindsey is excited to announce she is spending her upcoming summer at the Université de Reims Champagne-Ardenne for the 2011 Wine and Law Program on Transnational Wine Trade Law. Although Lindsey plans to one day practice as a wine lawyer, as well as expand the sector of wine law academia, she also yearns to eventually own and operate her own winery. She knows her professional direction is boundless and is incredibly enthusiastic to mold it every day. Lindsey also intends to attain an M.B.A. from one of the top U.S. business schools in the future.
