We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. All orders are done online through the VinVillage website only and are subject to any/all applicable sales taxes. Payment is charged upon receipt or order, prior to shipment and is subject to verification and validation of your credit card information and of your order, and the availability of the products ordered.
We DO NOT ship to the following states: UT, MA, or PA. If you live in one of these states, please contact us for shipping alternatives. NH residence will be charged an 8% sales tax at time of order. ALL WINES ARE SOLD IN CALIFORNIA AND TITLE PASSES TO THE BUYER IN CALIFORNIA. WE MAKE NO REPRESENTATION AS TO THE RIGHTS OF ANYONE TO IMPORT WINE INTO ANY STATE OUTSIDE OF CALIFORNIA. We ship as the buyer's agent on behalf of the buyer and title passes to the buyer in CALIFORNIA. It is up to the buyer to determine whether they may lawfully ship or import wine to their state of residence. By placing your order, you, the buyer, authorize us to act on your behalf to engage a common carrier to deliver your order where you want it delivered.
Legal Age Requirement
Our wine is sold and delivered only to persons 21 years and older. When you place your order with VinVillage, LLC, you represent that you are at least 21 years old. SHIPMENTS ARE CLEARLY MARKED THAT THEY CONTAIN “ALCOHOL” AND THAT THEY REQUIRE AN ADULT SIGNATURE AT TIME OF DELIVERY. Our delivery carrier will verify proof of age via valid picture identification. We recommend using your business or office address to ensure the fastest delivery time.
Shipping and Handling
There is no minimum order, and you can mix and match products. The system will estimate FedEx Ground shipping costs, once you have put an item into the shopping basket. You also have a option between for FedEx 2Day Air and FedEx Next Day at an additional cost. The estimated delivery times vary based on the weight and availability of products, but are normally shipped within 1-2 days of order receipt.
On rare occasions, the chosen vintage of a wine will sell out after your order is placed. In that case, VinVillage, LLC will substitute it with a comparable vintage of the same wine. In case no other vintage of the same wine is available, we can recommend comparable substitutions. If you do not want to make a substitution, we will ship your order less the out of stock item(s) or cancel the order if you prefer to do so.
VinVillage, LLC assumes no responsibility for wine damaged due to poor weather conditions. During extreme weather, VinVillage, LLC can hold your wine at no extra cost to you at our temperature-controlled facility until weather conditions improve. Please send us an email when you purchase your shipment to notify us that you want to take advantage of our storage program. Unless you notify us otherwise, we will ship your package upon receipt of your order, regardless of conditions in your area. In general, we ship wines at the beginning of the week to assure shipments get to you quickly.
VinVillage, LLC will confirm your order via email to the email address specified in your account. You will be notified of your tracking number once your order has been shipped. You will always receive an order confirmation, even if you have chosen to opt-out of promotional email from VinVillage, LLC
In the event you do experience a problem with the quality/taste of a bottle, please contact us within 15 days of your purchase date and provide the details of your problem. We offer a direct EXCHANGE on any unopened bottles that you ship back to us for taste reasons. Full REFUNDS are subject to a 15% restocking fee. With both exchanges and refunds, the buyer is responsible for all shipping costs / insurance and it is the buyer's responsibility that the wine is returned in UPS, FEDEX or DHL certified wine packaging. We suggest that you keep your packaging until you know that you are completely satisfied.
In case you receive damaged merchandise, you must notify us within 2 days of receipt, so that we can arrange for a return and issue a new shipment. Shipments are only covered for loss, theft, or breakage during shipping. If you are concerned about heat exposure, please consider our free extreme weather storage.
We make every effort to secure wines that are in excellent condition and do not accept questionable older vintages. However, following wine industry standards, all bottles five years or older are purchased at the buyer's risk in case of a problem, including corkage and other damage.
Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. VinVillage, LLC reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason or to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item.
