Belgian born Master Chef Daniel Joly graduated from the Culinary Institute of Brussels in 1986. After a few culinary stops along the way, Chef Joly landed at Mirabelle Restaurant in Beaver Creek, CO.  Belgian beer producer, Stella Artois, is part of a Belgian brewing tradition dating back to 1366. Named after the Christmas Star, it was originally crafted as a holiday beer and has grown to become the number one Belgian beer in the world. Together, Stella Artois and Chef Joly have "paired up" to provide a fantastic beer and food experience at the SD Bay Festival!
