VinVillage Event Refund Policy

 

Event refund conditions and policies.*

1.) Ticket Holder Cancellation: If you purchased one or more tickets to a VinVillage event on VinVillage.com and you need to cancel attending, you will receive a credit equal to the amount you paid (minus any transaction fees) if you notify VinVillage at "Info (at) VinVillage.com" at least 72 hours in advance of the event "date" (not the event time). The credit received can be used for up to six months towards attending another VinVillage event.*

2.) Event Cancellation or Reschedule: If an event is canceled or rescheduled by VinVillage, a credit, or a refund, will be offered.

 

*These conditions and policies only apply to events in which VinVillage is coordinating the event AND collecting the ticket fees on VinVillage.com. It does not apply to events that VinVillage may be promoting as a media-partner, sponsor, or as an affiliate. This applies whether or not VinVillage may be selling tickets as a service to the event. For those events in which VinVillage is only involved as a sponsor or affiliate, go to that specific events website to view their policies and conditions regarding refunds.
